A classic Portland style, this 1908 Portland four-square was completely renovated in 2005. A generous wrap-around porch was added and the interior was completely updated to create a beautiful and iconic house in a prominent Irvington location. The home was featured in the March 2006 issue of Oregon Home magazine.
“We had recently finished an extensive, multi-year remodel on our previous house, and couldn't bear another construction project. But we also could not stomach a "McMansion" in some soulless tract. We were stunned to find a hundred year old house that had just been restored completely... I think you did the neighborhood a service by renovating and restoring such a neglected house.”
