The project reused a narrow remediated brownfield in a formerly blighted neighborhood to build a high-density community- and transit-oriented building. The building is located on an important corner&mdash;the end-cap to the N. Williams shopping corridor, which has exploded with businesses over the past few years, rivaling other nearby shopping and dining destinations on <a href="http://www.mississippiave.com/">N Mississippi Avenue</a> and <a href="http://www.portlandneighborhood.com/alberta-street.html">NE Alberta Street</a>. <br /><br /> Large, street-oriented commercial spaces, offered at a reasonable price, are heavily retail focused, inviting abundant traffic from a busy bike corridor (Portland&rsquo;s second most used) and commuters along N.
