The Griggs house is a classic Irvington home from the Craftsman era. The original house was completely redone inside out. A new porch roof and three new dormers were added to the front of the house, enhancing the quaint lines of the house. The original upstairs was increased in size to accommodate another bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is simple but elegant with clean white subway tile and rich finishes.
